oddmind.app is a public informational website. Its public pages do not require registration, user accounts, deposits or payment details. This policy explains the limited technical data that may be processed when you visit.

Technical data we may process
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may create server logs. These can include an IP address, browser and device information, date and time, requested URL, referring page and response status. We use this information only where reasonably necessary to keep the service secure, available and technically reliable.
Why this data is used
- Protecting the website from abuse and investigating security incidents.
- Diagnosing errors, outages and broken pages.
- Understanding aggregate traffic so infrastructure can be planned.
- Complying with a valid legal obligation where it applies.
Analytics, cookies and local preferences
We use Yandex Metrica with Webvisor to understand aggregate navigation patterns, interface interactions and technical usability problems. It may process page visits, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, approximate location and masked session recordings. The counter is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Yandex processes this analytics data under its own Privacy Policy.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate page views, sessions, acquisition sources, approximate location and device or browser categories. The Analytics tag is not loaded until you choose “Allow analytics”. In that Analytics configuration, advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled; AdSense consent is handled separately as described below. Google processes Analytics data under its own Privacy Policy.
On selected substantial content pages, Google AdSense may be used to deliver and measure advertising. AdSense is not loaded on pages marked noindex or on match pages that do not pass our published-content quality threshold. Depending on your region and consent choice, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency control and measurement. Personalised advertising is used only where the required choice and legal basis exist. Learn more in Google’s Advertising policies and technologies.
Where required, advertising consent is collected through a Google-certified consent management platform. You can change or withdraw that choice through the privacy controls presented by the platform or by clearing website data in your browser. Refusing optional advertising storage does not block access to oddmind.app content.
Independently of third-party analytics, oddmind.app keeps first-party aggregate traffic statistics for its private administration dashboard. This cookieless counter starts when a public page is opened and records the viewed path, language, device category, referrer host, event time and approximate country. When a partner placement becomes visible or its link is opened, it also records the partner name, page placement and CTA variant, but not the destination URL. To estimate unique visitors and sessions, the server temporarily uses the connection address and User-Agent to create irreversible HMAC hashes. The connection address is also checked against a locally stored IP-to-country database so that only a country code and country name are recorded. Raw IP addresses and complete User-Agent strings are not written to the analytics database, the address is not sent to the database provider, and no analytics identifier is placed in browser storage. Country lookup data is provided by DB-IP Country Lite and used locally under CC BY 4.0. The data is used to measure visitors, sessions, page views, partner-link performance and current activity, including preparing aggregate audience reports for potential partners.
Your third-party analytics consent choice is stored locally in your browser so the banner does not appear on every page. You can withdraw it by clearing website data for oddmind.app. Yandex and Google process their respective analytics data under their own privacy terms.
Partner and third-party links
Some bookmaker links are affiliate links and may contain a referral identifier. We may receive a commission if you use one. Once you open an external website, its own privacy policy and technology apply; we do not control how that provider handles data.
Advertising enquiries
If you submit the advertising request form, we process the name, company, work email, website, requested placements, target geography, budget range and message you provide. We use this information only to review the request, prevent form abuse and communicate about a possible commercial placement. Submitting the form does not create a purchase or payment obligation.
Retention and security
Technical logs are retained only for operational, diagnostic or security needs and are rotated according to server policy. Access is restricted to people who need it to operate the service. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we aim to minimise the information processed and the time it is kept.
Your choices
You can avoid following partner links, use browser privacy controls and clear locally stored website data at any time. Because the public site has no visitor accounts, there is normally no public profile for us to edit or delete.

We may revise this page when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
